This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through Merch Management llc. 

Merch Management llc is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page.

In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

 

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We deliver worldwide. 

 

Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday - Friday - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM). 

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping times may vary according to the customer's delivery location, and the place where the product is sent from. Please see the shipping information on each product for specified details. 

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs may vary according to the customer's delivery location and will be calculated and shown at checkout.

DELAYS

Merch Management llc not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Merch Management llc is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

 

 

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.

 

 

WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

Merch Management llc will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.

 

 

SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

Merch Management llc recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or your place of employment. 

 

SHIPPING COMPLETED

Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which Merch Management llc makes the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the control system used by the courier company.
