This Return Policy applies to all products purchased through Merch (mer.ch)
Only returns and refunds are made, once the product has reached its destination and has been received by the buyer, no returns or refunds are made for products that are in transit to be delivered or have not yet been delivered.
Our Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
RIGHT OF REVOCATION
You have the right to revoke the purchase within fourteen (14) days without having to state any reasons for this. The deadline period for revocation is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last of the goods.
According to the applicable consumer protection rules and unless the parties agree otherwise, the right of revocation does not apply for the supply of goods that are not ready-made and for which an individual choice or requisition by the consumer is decisive for their manufacturing, or which are evidently tailor-made to the personal requirements of the consumer. Because our products are personalized products, the right of revocation is determined by this Return policy and our Terms and Conditions.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Because our products are customized products, manufactured according to each customer's request, we do not offer refunds. We provide a detailed description and specific instructions on how to measure and choose the right size. Please check the product size, colors and other variations, before ordering the product. We cannot offer a refund, or exchanges for incorrect sizes.
We only make returns and refunds for products that don’t correspond to the description, wrong products, defective or damaged products. Check the product once you have received it. In case of damages, defects or incorrect product, please contact us via email, we need you to attach photos of the product.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We do our best and our best effort to prevent any damage to your goods during transit it is possible that problems may arise. We apologize for the inconvenience presented; our goal is always to provide the best service. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or you need a refund, please send us an email, with one or more photos attached of the product damage or defect.
PROCESSING YOUR REFUND
Once your return has been received and accepted, the refund may take up to 14 days to process. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your expense. If your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a return confirmation email. Your refund will be completed via the original payment method (PayPal, Stripe and QuickPay).
